AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

The last word for integrated graphics for AM4 and the unsung savior of many during the chip shortage, when GPUs were expensive mostly because of supply shortages and not cryptocurrency or LLM shenanigans. The Ryzen 7 5700G is a monolithic Zen 3 chip with an integrated iGPU based on the Vega architecture. While not the most powerful GPU around, it is still more than capable for everyday tasks and light gaming; Think Fortnite or maybe some early 8th Gen titles, not Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. There are a few things holding back this chip for perfection for a budget AM4 build, namely the lack of PCIe 4.0 support, which can be ameliorated with an X570 motherboard pulling the slack. But with eight Zen 3 cores and a sufficient iGPU (and decent dual channel memory, hint hint 😉 ) you can expect a robust and well rounded system with decent expandability options for years to come. I mean, the 5800X3D will be cheap one day, right?
